We will be incorporating a new system that rewards our pilots for attending our internal events and group-flights. Our system is based off the real world ANA's frequent flyer program which has three tiers: Bronze, Platinum, and Diamond. We will also include another tier, "Premium." Now I know what you're thinking, what are the requirements for these tiers?
Bronze- 3 events attended all time
Platinum- 5 events attended all time
Diamond- 10 events attended all time
Premium- 20 events attended all time
So once you get to a tire, what are the rewards?
Bronze- +20 minutes flight time
Platinum- +30 minutes flight time
Diamond- +60 minutes flight time
Premium- 3X flight time for flights under 1 hour, 2X flight time for flights 1-4 hours, 1.5X flight time for flights over 4 hours.
