Requirements for Pilots: 

- Grade 2 or above on IF

- TL1 on IFC (Must have a valid IFC account in good standing)

- Access to Slack

- Grade 3 or above (Grade 2 can apply based on behavior and maturity)

- TL2 on IFC (Must have a valid IFC account in good standing)

- Access to Slack

- High Levels of Maturity (This includes background checks and a interview)
