HOW DOES THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS WORK?

To join ANA Virtual Group, pilots need to first complete the application form.

We do not reject anyone on their skill level. We only reject them based on their behavior. Upon joining ANVA, you may choose the mode you want to start your journey in & start flying immediately.

For staff member applications, we will have an application form asking about their experience and skill set. The staff application process is a bit different, so usually, details will be private.

Pilots and staff members are subject to background checks by ANA Virtual Group when they apply.

CAN I TRANSFER HOURS FROM ANOTHER VA?

Unfortunately not! All pilots will start a zero hours in our VA.

WHAT'S THE LEAVE OF ABSENCE TERMS?

When you apply for a leave of absence, or LOA, your leave must be at least one week long and a maximum of one and a half months long.

If your LOA is approved, you will be given an email OR an IFC PM, but if denied, you will be contacted regarding why it was cancelled.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HEAR BACK AFTER I HAVE SUBMITTED MY APPLICATION?

We will try very hard to make sure that all applications are reviewed within 48 hours. This maybe longer or shorter depending on many factors.

Please bear with us!

Please do not bombard staff if your application is not reviewed in exactly 48 hours. We will try our best, but life sometimes happens! You may follow up after 48 hours if needed. If you still don't get a reply after that, wait for about 72 hours before sending another follow up.
